संस्करण 1.1.0, 2026-07-08 को अद्यतन। इस साइट का प्रत्येक स्कोर प्रकाशित डेटा और इस पृष्ठ के नियमों से पुनः गणना किया जा सकता है। स्कोरिंग इंजन और डेटा खुले हैं; प्रत्येक क्लीनिक पृष्ठ अपने स्रोत और जाँच तिथियाँ सूचीबद्ध करता है।
डेटा के बारे में
समस्त डेटा स्वतंत्र रूप से सार्वजनिक स्रोतों से एकत्र किया जाता है और इसमें त्रुटियाँ हो सकती हैं — सुधार की सूचना दें। यह रेटिंग चिकित्सकीय सलाह नहीं है, और रैंकिंग स्थान बिक्री के लिए नहीं हैं।
हम क्या मापते हैं — और क्या नहीं
हम सार्वजनिक रूप से सत्यापन-योग्य कारकों को आँकते हैं: कोई क्लीनिक अपनी टीम, सेवाओं और मूल्यों के बारे में कितना पारदर्शी है; सार्वजनिक समीक्षा संकेत कैसे दिखते हैं; कौन-सी अवसंरचना और सेवाएँ प्रलेखित हैं; अंग्रेज़ी बोलने वाले रोगियों के लिए क्लीनिक तक पहुँचना कितना सरल है; और यह खोज तथा AI सहायकों में कितना दृश्यमान है।
हम नैदानिक गुणवत्ता नहीं मापते। यह सूचकांक कोई चिकित्सकीय अनुशंसा नहीं है, और उच्च स्कोर का अर्थ यह नहीं कि कोई क्लीनिक "सर्वश्रेष्ठ" है या वहाँ उपचार आपके लिए उपयुक्त है। चिकित्सकीय निर्णयों के बारे में सदैव किसी योग्य पेशेवर से परामर्श लें।
सूत्र
प्रत्येक क्लीनिक को छह श्रेणियों में आँका जाता है। किसी श्रेणी के भीतर, मानदंडों के निश्चित अंक मान होते हैं (नीचे तालिकाएँ)। किसी भी रेटिंग प्रोफ़ाइल में क्लीनिक का स्कोर है:
प्रोफ़ाइल स्कोर = 100 × Σ(श्रेणी% × भार) / Σ(भार) + लाल-झंडा दंड 0…100 तक सीमित, जहाँ श्रेणी% = प्राप्त अंक / श्रेणी अधिकतम
श्रेणी भार सापेक्ष हैं; स्कोर 100-अंकीय पैमाने पर सामान्यीकृत किए जाते हैं। डिफ़ॉल्ट "समग्र पारदर्शिता एवं विश्वास" प्रोफ़ाइल पद्धति के अपने ही श्रेणी अधिकतम (Information Transparency 20, Price Transparency 15, Reputation & Reviews 20, Medical Infrastructure 15, Communication & Service 10, AI & Search Visibility 10) को भार के रूप में उपयोग करती है।
अज्ञात डेटा को 0 अंक मिलते हैं। जब हम किसी तथ्य को सत्यापित नहीं कर पाते, तो क्लीनिक को उसके लिए कोई अंक नहीं मिलता, और वह मद क्लीनिक के पृष्ठ पर "डेटा जिसे हम सत्यापित नहीं कर सके" के अंतर्गत सूचीबद्ध होती है — स्पष्टतः नकारात्मक निष्कर्ष के रूप में नहीं। साक्ष्य की अनुपस्थिति कभी अंक नहीं देती, और स्वयं में कभी लाल-झंडा नहीं जगाती।

Whether basic facts about the clinic - its team, premises, services, and location - are publicly verifiable.

लाल झंडे (दंड)
प्रलेखित समस्याएँ अंक घटाती हैं। प्रत्येक झंडे की गंभीरता साक्ष्य द्वारा निर्धारित होती है; कुल दंड -20 अंकों पर सीमित है। झंडों के लिए सार्वजनिक साक्ष्य आवश्यक है (क्लीनिक पृष्ठ पर उद्धृत) — हम केवल संदेह पर कभी झंडा लागू नहीं करते। कुछ झंडे सत्यापित नकारात्मकताओं से स्वतः व्युत्पन्न होते हैं (जैसे "कोई मूल्य प्रकाशित नहीं" → अपारदर्शी मूल्य निर्धारण, कम गंभीरता)।

रेटिंग प्रोफ़ाइल
सभी प्रोफ़ाइल समान अंतर्निहित डेटा का उपयोग करती हैं — केवल श्रेणी भार, दंड गुणक और पात्रता नियम भिन्न होते हैं। किसी क्लीनिक को प्रोफ़ाइल से बाहर रखा जाता है ("रैंक नहीं" के रूप में दर्शाया गया) जब अर्हक सेवा सत्यापन-योग्य रूप से अनुपस्थित हो, या जब हम उस डेटा को सत्यापित न कर सकें जिस पर प्रोफ़ाइल निर्भर है।

स्वतंत्रता नियम
- यह रेटिंग कोई चिकित्सकीय अनुशंसा नहीं है। यह पारदर्शिता और सार्वजनिक संकेतों को मापती है, उपचार गुणवत्ता या परिणामों को नहीं।
- रैंकिंग स्थान बिक्री के लिए नहीं हैं। कोई क्लीनिक अपने स्कोर या स्थान को प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से बढ़ाने के लिए भुगतान नहीं कर सकता।
- सशुल्क ऑडिट स्थानों को प्रभावित नहीं करते। हम क्लीनिकों को एक सुधार ऑडिट प्रदान करते हैं; इसे खरीदने (या अस्वीकार करने) का स्कोरिंग पर शून्य प्रभाव पड़ता है। स्कोर केवल तभी बदलते हैं जब अंतर्निहित सार्वजनिक डेटा बदलता है।
- डेटा बदलने पर रेटिंग अद्यतन होती है। पुनः-जाँच, सुधार और पद्धति अद्यतन परिवर्तन-सूची में और प्रत्येक क्लीनिक के परिवर्तन इतिहास में दर्ज किए जाते हैं।
- त्रुटियाँ किसी के द्वारा भी ठीक की जा सकती हैं। प्रत्येक क्लीनिक पृष्ठ एक सुधार फ़ॉर्म से जुड़ा है; सत्यापित सुधार सार्वजनिक इतिहास प्रविष्टि के साथ लागू किए जाते हैं।
